I'm dying here, but you keep walking.

I love the feelings that come with making a new friend! It's so...exhilerating and nerve-wracking. You feel like every piece in this puzzle of life is falling into place, and you find yourself in a happy place (complete with fields of flowers, fences, and a white pony).

Nevertheless, it can also be extremely frightening. Opening up your heart and mind to another person is difficult (literally!), but even more so when the emotions involved go a little bit beyond friendship. So, one can understand why I'm a little wary and suspicious.

I have doubts. I want answers. Mainly, I want to hold his hand.
